About the role
Own the demand engine for Machinecraft Group — LinkedIn, content, video, case studies, trade shows, the website roadmap, brand. This is a senior operator role, not a manager of managers. You will work directly with Rushabh on the 'Voice of Industry' positioning, and be the first human partner to our marketing AI stack including Higgs Marketing Studio.

Best suited for a senior B2B marketer who can build Machinecraft's demand engine from first principles. This person should combine strong English writing, LinkedIn execution, industrial curiosity, trade-show discipline, AI-assisted content workflows, and comfort being a hands-on team of one.
What you'll own
- Own LinkedIn for the Machinecraft and Formpack brands — and ghost-write or co-write for Rushabh
- Build the content pipeline — case studies, customer interviews, technical articles, video
- Run the trade-show calendar — Plastindia, K-Show, NPE, regional events
- Direct AI agents for content drafting, prospect research, and event preparation
- Maintain the Machinecraft and Formpack websites in partnership with Engineering
- Build category authority — make Machinecraft the most thoughtful voice in Indian thermoforming
What we're looking for
Required
- 6+ years in B2B content, brand, or marketing — ideally industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment
- Strong writer in English — sample pieces matter more than agency credentials
- Hands-on with LinkedIn organic growth — your own or someone else's
- Comfortable directing AI agents and editing their output — not afraid of the tools
- Mumbai-based or willing to relocate
Preferred
- Industrial or B2B manufacturing exposure
- Video production literacy — shoot, script, or direct
- Higgs Marketing Studio or any AI marketing tool experience
- Founder or scrappy startup background — comfortable being a team of one
